Hello!
I help people with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addictions and spiritual or existential questions. Many of the people I work with are also seeking greater purpose, meaning, and direction in life.
I believe that within each of us is the strength and wisdom to create meaningful change. My goal is not just to reduce unwanted symptoms, but to help you build a more engaged and whole life.
My approach integrates psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and Eastern psychology. Together, we can explore how past experiences shape your present life, while also working with the power of the here and now. I often teach mindfulness, self-compassion, and centering practices to help dismantle unhelpful patterns of thinking and relating. I also recognize that healthy lifestyle factors—exercise, sleep, nutrition, and social connection—are essential to well-being.
Above all, I strive to offer a warm, affirming, and judgment-free space. I am open to individuals of every background, orientation, identity, and ability.
I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, receiving supervision from Dr. Maria Vinca, Licensed Psychologist.
Life can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I invite you to reach out.
