I work alongside my clients to address a range of concerns and create a space where you can feel unconditionally welcomed and safe. I will bring an open mind and heart to our time together and listen to the perspective you have from your lifetime of experiences. In reaching unique client goals, I utilize different psychotherapy theories and techniques including humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral. To meet your specific needs, I will build a personalized treatment plan that draws from the right therapeutic methods for you.

I am currently a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, and I am receiving direct supervision from Dr. Maria Vinca, Licensed Psychologist.
