Welcome!

I am passionate about helping others through difficult times and providing a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where my clients feel heard and comfortable. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with animals, being creative through arts and crafts, and spending time in nature. I believe these interests help shape the compassionate and grounded approach that I bring into sessions.

I am open to working with clients across the lifespan and from different cultural backgrounds. I especially enjoy supporting children, adolescents, and individuals navigating early adulthood. I value meeting my clients where they are in their personal journey and working beside them to promote meaningful growth. I believe (and research has shown) that a strong therapeutic relationship supports positive outcomes, which is something that I prioritize!

My therapeutic approach is rooted in collaboration, authenticity, and flexibility. I draw from a variety of therapy modalities, including but not limited to Adlerian Play Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy to support clients in building on their strengths and reaching their goals. I value tailoring my approach and creating personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.

I am currently a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and receive direct supervision from Dr. Maria Vinca, Licensed Psychologist (NPI #1639470602) and Dr. Kristen Nadermann, Licensed Professional Counselor (License #010689).
