I am a licensed social worker with a master’s degree in social work from Marywood University. I am currently being supervised towards my clinical social work license (LCSW). I approach therapy as a partnership, working towards empowerment and growth to help individuals reach their full potential. I emphasize an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, believing that each individual has their own unique strengths. I work with adults in individual therapy addressing anxiety, depression, grief, and gender and sexual identity concerns. I use an integrative approach including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.
