Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in education and a deep belief in the power of play, curiosity, and connection as pathways to healing and growth.
As a teacher I saw firsthand how emotional well-being impacts our ability to learn, grow, and thrive — at any age. That experience continues to shape my approach today: I view therapy as a collaborative process of learning about yourself, building new skills, and finding joy and balance in everyday life.
I work with individuals and couples who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth — I want therapy to feel like a genuine conversation, not a clinical appointment. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and develop tools to help you find balance, confidence, and clarity.
In our work, I often draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic and strengths-based techniques — emphasizing an integrative and holistic approach to fit your unique needs and goals.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Marywood University in 2021 and have experience supporting adults and teens in both private practice and community settings. I also continue to bring my teaching expertise to future teachers at Penn State University after 12 years in the early childhood classroom.
Outside of therapy, you can usually find me biking on rail-trails or exploring and playing with my friends and family.
If you’re looking for a space to reconnect with yourself and rediscover balance — with a little room for play along the way — I’d love to work with you.
