As a licensed social worker, I provide individual psychotherapy for adults utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, psychodynamic and integrative psychotherapies in the treatment of a wide range of clinical difficulties. I collaborate with clients to identify the work they are ready to do, gently challenging people to move out of their comfort zone when ready. I help adults across the lifespan deal with a variety of issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, perinatal mental health, and the improvement of relationships and communication. I am open and affirming of individuals of every background, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, and ability status. Your first meeting with me is a consultation, where we discuss your concerns, hopes, and goals for therapy to ensure we're the right fit for each other.
